摘要
目的 研究风湿骨痛片中甘草酸的含量测定方法。方法 高效液相色谱法 ,C18柱 ;流动相 :甲醇 水 冰醋酸 三乙胺(6 2∶38∶1∶0 .3) ;检测波长 :2 5 0nm。结果 平均加样回收率为 98.30 % ,RSD =1.0 9%。结论 本法简便、准确 ,重现性好 ,可用于风湿骨痛片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To determine glycyrrhizic acid content in Fengshi Gutong tablet. METHOD HPLC analysis was carried out with C 18 column and methanol-water-acetic acid -triethylamine(62∶38∶1∶0.3) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 250nm.RESULTS The average recovery was 98.30%, RSD was 1.09%.CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and good reproducibility. It can be used as quality control of Fengshi Gutong tablet.
