摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定川贝清肺膏中甘草酸的含量。方法:采用Kromasil-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水-冰醋酸(37∶63∶2);检测波长:250 nm;流速:1 ml/min;柱温为室温(25℃)。结果:样品中甘草酸得到很好的分离,当甘草酸在10.0～104.0μg范围内呈线性关系(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均加样回收率为100.99%,RSD为0.96%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确、可靠、专属性强、重现性好,可用于川贝清肺膏中甘草酸的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE：To establish HPLC method for determination of glyeyrrhizic acid in Chuanbeiqingfei Cream. METHODS： The separation of samples was performed on Kromasil-Cls （4. 6 mm ×150 mm, 5μm） chromatographic column with mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid （37： 63： 2） at detection wavelength of 250 nm, flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and column temperature of 25 ~E. RESULTS ： The glycyrrhizic acid in samples was well-separated. The optimal linear range of glycyrrhizic acid was 10. 0-104. 0 p^mL （ r = 0. 999 9, n = 5 ） with average recovery of 100. 99% （RSD =0. 96%, n = 6）. CONCLUSION： The method is simple, accurate, reliable, specific and reproducible, and it is applicable for content determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Chuanbeiqingfei Cream.
