目的 :测定风湿骨痛片中青藤碱的含量。方法 :薄层扫描法。结果 :测定方法的平均加样回收率为 99.6 % ,RSD =2 .2 5 %。结论
Objective: To establish a determining method for isosinomenine in Fengshigutong pills. Methods: TLC scanning was used.Result: The average recovery was 99.6% , RSD = 2.2% . Conclusion: The method can be used for quality control of Fengshigutong pills.
