摘要
秋水仙碱是近年来新发现的有前途的抗癌植物有效成分。秋水仙碱的测定方法,如容量滴定法、电位滴定法法、紫外分光光度法、荧光分析法和高效液相色谱法等,手续均不太简便。电化学分析研究秋水仙碱主要有阳极伏安法和交流极谱法,前者因使用固态电极,重现性较差。后者用非水溶剂作介质,灵敏度不高。
The differential pulse polarographic behaviour of colchicine have been investigated. A well defined peak was observed in a 0.6% (C_4H_9)_4NCl-B. R. buffer solution (pH 1.81) at potential Of -0.90 V(vs Ag/AgCl). An excellent linear relationship existed between the concentration(9.6×10^(-7)~8.6×10(-5)mol/L) and peak current. This method provides a rapid and simple way to determine colchicine in pharmaceutical preparations and Iphigenia indica Kunth et Benth.
