摘要
利用徵分脉冲极谱法和二次导数技术,可在甲醇—四丁基碘化铵底液中测定低浓度的镇静药物三唑仑,线性范围为40ppb～26ppm,检测下限达20ppb,血液样品的回收率为95％,快速简便。
By the techique of differential pulse polarography and second derivative, in MeOH-Bu_4 NH_4 I supportingelectrolyte, we can determined the hypnotic drag-triazolam, in the range of concentration of triazolam from 40ppb to 26ppm, the peak current are direct proportional to the concantration. The limit of determination was 20ppb, the recoveryratio in blood was 95%. This method was quick and easy.
