摘要
在pH=5的HAc—NaAc缓冲溶液中,雷尼替丁在-0.98V有一灵敏的微分脉冲板谱波,其峰电流与雷尼替丁浓度在3.4x10^(-7)~2.2×10^(-5)mol/L范围内呈线性关系,本文研究了电极反应性质,作了雷尼替丁片剂分析。
A method is described for determination of Ranitidine by differentical pulse polarography. In pH = 5 HAc-NaAc buffer solution, Ranitidine shows a cathodid peak at -0.98V. The peak Current is directly proportional to the concentration of Ranitidine in the range of 3.4×10-7-2.2×10-5 mol/L. This method has been applied to determine Ranitidine dru gs in pha rmaceutical dosage forms. The result is satisfactory.
