摘要
本文研究了钴与邻硝基苯基荧光酮、CPB、乳化剂OP多元配合物的显色反应。在pHl0.5时,其最大吸收波长在640nm,摩尔吸光系数为1.59×10~5,钴量在0~14μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律。应用于矿石中微量钴的测定,结果满意。
A blue-green complex of cobalt with o-nitrophenylfluorone (o-NPF) , cetylpyridiniuni bromide (CPB) and emulsifier OP is formed in the pH range of 10-11. Its maximum absorption is at 640 nm, and molar absorptivity is t.59×105. Beer's law is obeyed for 0-14ug Co/2Sml.The molar ratio of Co to o-NPF is 1 : 3. The influence of foreign ions have been studied. The method has been applied to determination of Co in ores with satisfactory results.
