摘要
利用LDH合成原理,研究不同Co2+初始浓度、Mg2+/Al3+比值和pH值对即时合成LDH去除Co2+的影响。试验结果表明,影响即时合成LDH处理效果的因素主要是pH值,其次是Co2+初始浓度,最后是Mg2+/Al3+比值。当pH值8.5~9.0,Co2+初始浓度10~20mg/L,Mg2+/Al3+为1/1~2/1时,去除率可达96%以上。通过对试验固体样品的结构分析,证实Co2+同晶取代Mg2+是电镀废水中Co2+被去除的主要机制。
The effects of factors such as initial concentration of Co2+,the ratio of Mg2+/Al3+ and pH on removal cobalt contained in the wastewater from electroplating plant were studied by the method of LDH synthesizing. The results show that pH had the great effects on the removal of cobalt during LDH synthesizing in situ,then initial concentration of Co2+ and the ratio of Mg2+/Al3+. The removal efficiency of Co2+ is more than 96%,when the pH of wastewater is at the range of 8.5-9.0,the range of initial concentration of Co2+ 10-20mg/L and the ratio of Mg2+/Al3+ from 1:1-1:2. The structure of sample of precipitate is analyzed. It indicates that the mechanism of removal of Co2+ is taken place by substituting to Mg2+ contained in the crystal.
