摘要
在HAc-NH4Ac缓冲介质中,乳化剂OP存在下,铝与CAS形成灵敏度很高的绿色络合物,测定波长位于620nm,ε620=1.09×105L·mol-1·cm-1。碳酸镍中除Fe3+对测定有干扰外,其它的杂质元素均不干扰,方法具有较好的选择性。Fe3+的干扰,可采用抗坏血酸还原Fe3+成Fe2+而消除。5mg以下Ni对测定无明显影响,但当Ni量大于此量时,络合物吸光度下降,产生负干扰,本法采用在6-8mol/L的盐酸介质中,用乙酸乙酯-苯甲酸萃取微量铝使之与基体镍分离的方法消除镍的干扰。对碳酸镍中微量铝测定经与ICP-AES法对照,结果良好。
The presence of surfactant p octye polyethylene glycol phenyl(OP),aluminium forms sensitive colored complex with chrome azurol S(CAS).The maximum absorption wavelength is 620nm and its appearance molar absorptivity is 1.09×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,following beer's law at range 1-8μg/mL . Nickel and iron are main interfering elements.Interference of iron can be eliminated by adding ascorbic acid.Aluminium could be separated from nickel matrix by extraction of ethyl acetate benzoic acid.The remains of nickel didn't interfere the determination of aluminium.The experimental results show that this method has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of trace amount of aluminium in nickel carbonate.
