摘要
在pH90~95的硼砂-NaOH缓冲介质中,钴与双硫腙形成1∶2的紫红色配合物,其最大吸收波长为570nm,在非离子表面活性剂OP存在下,可直接在水相中实现钴的测定。方法的灵敏度为429×104L·mol-1·cm-1,钴(Ⅱ)含量在0~15μg/25mL符合比尔定律。
It is found that cobalt reats with dithizone in Na 2B 4O 7-NaOH medmium to form a red-violet complex with a maximum absorption at 570nm. apparent molar absorptivity is 4.29×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 , molar ratio of cobult to dithizone is 1∶2 and Beer′s Law is obeyed in the range of 0~25μgCo/25mL. The method may be applied to the determination of cobolt in VB 12 .
