摘要
本文介绍了开放式运动控制器PMAC的结构及原理、直线电机的应用,并将此控制器作为实验磨床的数控系统,阐述了椭圆形零件加工方法,建立了椭圆形零件的数学模型,编制其加工程序并调试。通过对试验数据的分析研究,实现了该类零件的精密加工。
In this paper, the structure and principle of PMAC open movement controller and application of linear motor was introduced, using this controller as the experimental grinder's number control system. The methods of manufacture for ellipse parts was described. We established the mathematical model and complied manufacture program of ellipse parts and adjusted it. Through analytic study about experimental data, we had achieved precise manufacture of ellipse parts.
