摘要
本文以开放式控制器 PMAC对机床的数控改造为实例 ,阐述了利用开放式数控系统可为用户高效地构筑定制的数控系统的特点 ,解决我国数控改造的低成本需求。提供给用户在对数控机床进行改造时 ,达到低成本。
Through a case of CNC machine tool rebuilding based on open controller PMAC,the advantages of an open CNC system are analyzed.A customized CNC system could quickly be built based on and open CNC controller platform at the low level of cost.In this paper,the strategy and methods using to setup CNC system for a machine tool with low cost and high performance are presented.
