摘要
数控机床实际加工误差主要是由机床系统、编程、定位、刀具和环境等多方面因素造成的。为此以数控车床加工椭圆形零件为例,分析随机性误差产生的原因和消除此类误差的方法。
The actual errors of parts processed with CNC machines are caused by machine systems, programming, positioning, tools and environmental factors. The process of elliptic parts with CNC lathe was taken as an example to explain the reasons of random errors and the ways to eliminate them.
