摘要
基于分解设计、叠加成型的思想,研究了非圆截面车削方法和非线性型线加工方法,提出了结合偏心振动技术和数控单元的中凸变椭圆裙面加工原理,本方法可实现普通车床的数控改造,成为活塞裙面加工专用数控车床,经济可靠,容易实现.
Engine piston skirt with a mid convex contour and ellipticity varying cross sections is difficult to machine. For machining non circular sections with complex contour, a new scheme is developed that integrates bias vibration and stepmotor. A numerical control system can thus be developed on the engine lathe to ease and economize the process of making pistion skirts.
