摘要
从教学管理的角度,应用激励机制充分调动学生的学习兴趣和锻炼身体的良好习惯,采用激励机制和科学管理的方法加大教学的力度,收到了良好的教学效果。
From the point of view of teaching management,encouragement mechanism and scientific managing methods were applied to fully promote students' studying interest and cultivate good habit of exercising.Good teaching effect has been achieved.
