摘要
运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法等对河南省25所高校276名体育教师的师德修养、身心素质、文化知识素质、社会适应能力等方面进行了调查,并对调查结果进行了深入地分析讨论,针对如何提高高校体育教师的综合素质提出了相应对策,为素质教育背景下高校的体育教学改革提供依据和参考。
The method of questionnaires,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and so on are used to survey the 276 College physical education teachers of 25 colleges and universities in Henan Province on their training and cultivation,physical and mental qualities,knowledge and cultural qualities,the social adaptation and other aspects,and a discussion in-depth was made.Therefore we give some corresponding measures on how to improve the overall quality of the teachers and provide a basis and reference for the College Physical Education reform against the background of the overall quality education.
