Function of Fas and FasL in nerve development

摘要 Fas是位于细胞膜上的跨膜受体,属于肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)受体家族。FasL为Fas的配体,二者的结合将启动死亡信号,导致细胞凋亡。对Fas和FasL调节细胞凋亡的机理及其在神经发育中的表达进行综述。 Fas is receptor on the cell membrane,a member of the TNF receptor family. FasL is the ligand of Fas,the combination of the two will initiate the signal of death,leading to apoptosis. In this paper,mechanism of Fas and FasL adjusting apoptosis and functions of Fas and FasL in merve development are summarized.
