摘要
目的 :建立黄连上清片中栀子苷的含量测定方法。方法 :采用高效液相色谱法 ,检测波长 2 3 8nm。结果 :栀子苷线性范围 0 .3 3～ 1.66μg(r=0 .9998) ,回收率 91.2 7%。结论 :方法简便、准确、重现性好 。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of grad enoside in Huanglianshangqing Tablet. Methods: Gardenoside was detected at 276 nm by HPLC. Results: The method was linear within the range of 0.16～1 .88 μg (r= 0.999 8 ), the average recovery was 98.71%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, and with good reproducibility. It is suitable for determination of gradenoside in Huangliansha ngqing Tablet.
