摘要
目的建立测定金花消痤颗粒中栀子苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱:Shim-pack C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(15∶85);检测波长:238 nm;柱温:40℃;流量:1 ml.min-1。结果栀子苷进样量在0.052 4～0.524 0μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.56%,RSD=2.06%(n=6)。结论该方法测定金花消痤颗粒中栀子苷的含量,操作简便,结果稳定,精密度、重现性、回收率均较好。
Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine gardenoside in jinhua xiaocuo particles.Methods A Shim-pack C18（4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm） was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（15∶ 85）.The detection wavelength was 238 nm and the temperature was 40℃.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.Results Gardenoside sample size in 0.052 4~0.524 0 μg within the range of peak area showed good linear relationship,and the average recovery was 98.56%.RSD was 2.06%（n=6）.Conclusion The determination method is simple,stable,precise,and reproducible.
