摘要
目的:建立测定银栀口服液中栀子苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:采用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相甲醇-水(25∶75),流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长238 nm,柱温30℃。结果:栀子苷浓度在0.010 20~0.408 0μg与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.35%,RSD 1.90%(n=6)。结论:方法操作简便、结果准确,专属性强,可用于银栀口服液中栀子苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of geniposide in Yinzhi oral solution. Method: The Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (25: 75) ; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, the detection wavelength was at 238 nm, and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: A good linear correlation of geniposide was observed within the range of 0. 010 20-0. 408 0 μg. The average recovery was 99.35% with RSD 1.90% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate. It can be used for the determination of geniposide in Yinzhi oral solution.
