摘要
目的 比较药材栀子中栀子苷的含量。方法 采取RP -HPLC法 ,ODS柱 ,甲醇 -水 (1∶1)为流动相 ,检测波长 340nm ,测定的不同产地、不同品种共 12批栀子的栀子苷含量。结果 浓度在 5 75～ 4 6 μg·ml- 1 范围内 ,栀子苷的峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系 (r=0 9997) ,平均回收率为 10 1 2 % ,RSD =1 5 3%。结论 该法简便 ,准确、重复性好 。
OBJECTIVE To compare the contents of geniposide in different Fructus Gardeniae .METHODS The method was used with the ODS column,methanol-water(1∶1)as mobile phase and detective wavelength of 340 mm.The contents of geniposide in that were different in original and breed were determined.12 batches of crude drugs of Fructus Gardeniae were analyzed.RESULTS Within the range of 5.75-46 μg·ml -1 ,magnolol presented a good linear relationship between amount and peak area ( r =0.9997).The average recovery was 101.2% with RSD of 1.53%.CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate.It has good reproducibility and can be applied to quality control of Fructus Gardeniae .
