摘要
组织是一种社会现象 ,具有复杂特性 ,组织管理问题非常复杂。国内外学者都对复杂性科学在组织管理中的应用做了探讨 ,并取得了一些有益的成果。现代组织管理模式 ,必须基于复杂性科学与系统科学 ,运用简单思维与复杂思维相结合、还原思维与系统思维相结合、形象思维与逻辑思维相结合的思维方法 ,把组织的确定性与不确定性统一起来 ,把“硬”管理与“软”管理结合起来 ,把学习型管理与智能化管理结合起来 ,把保持管理与创新管理结合起来。
The organization is one of social phenomena and is of complexity.The problems of organizational managements are very complex.The external and internal scholars have explored the application of complexity science to managing organizations and obtained some valuable achievements.It is thought that the mode of contemporary organizational managements must be based upon science of complexity and systems science,and that the thinking method of combining simple thinking with complex thinking,reducing thinking with systematic thinking and thinking of images with logical thinking must be used to unite the determinacy and un-determinacy of organization,to combine “hardware'management with“software”management,to combine learning management with intellectualizing management and to combine maintenance management with innovation management.
