摘要
复杂性理论引入组织管理是组织管理适应当今时代经济和社会发展的需要 ,也是当代组织管理理论和实践自身发展的必然趋势。复杂性管理指管理对象的复杂性和应用复杂性理论和方法于管理实践。其基本特点是整体性、系统思考、隐喻方法、学习与适应、自主与协调、悖论式领导。混沌有序组织管理是复杂性组织管理的一种典型形式。
The principles of complexity science can be a useful guide to what oragnizations must do to survive and flourish in today's complex and fast moving world.The complexity management has two implications,one is the complexity of the management objects,another is that its theory and method would be applied to managenment practice.Its characters contain wholeness,system thinking,metaphor,learning and adaptation,autonomy and coordination and paradoxical leadership.Chaord organization is a typical form of complexity organizantion management.
