摘要
运用组织结构的相关理论,提出大型工业企业需要顺应组织结构发展的趋势,从设备日常管理网络化、设备监督项目化以及激励和约束机制规范化三个方面着手进行组织模式创新,以达到设备监管分离、管理效率提高的目的。
Correlative theories about organization structure are employed to demonstrate that large-scale industrial enterprises need to follow the trend of the development of organization structure. In order to separate equipment supervision from management and to improve management efficiency, organization innovation is necessary in three aspects, such as networks for equipment daily management, projects for equipment supervision, and standardized mechanism for promotion.
