摘要
目的 建立反相高效液相色谱法测定四逆散抗抑郁有效部位中新橙皮苷含量的方法。方法选用YWG C18色谱柱 (2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ,10 μm) ,乙腈 - 0 1%磷酸水溶液 (2 0∶80 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 83nm ,柱温 :室温 ,对新橙皮苷进行含量测定。结果 新橙皮苷进样量在 0 0 816~ 0 4 896 μg范围内与其峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 9995 ,平均加样回收率为 97 10 % ,RSD =0 86 %(n =5 )。结论 本方法简便、准确、可靠 ,可作为四逆散抗抑郁有效部位质量控制的方法。
Objective To establish a method for quantitative determination of neohesperidin in the antidepressive fraction of Sini Powder by RP HPLC.Methods YWG C18 chromatographic column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 10 μm) was chosen, the mobile phase was acetonitrile : 0.1% aqueous solution of phosphoric acid (20:80), the detection wavelength was 283 nm, and the column was at a room temperature. Results There was a good linear relationship between the quantities of the neohesperidin sample (from 0.0816 μg to 0.4896 μg.) and their peak areas (r=0.9995), and the average recovery was 97.10% (RSD=0.86%, n=5). Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used to control the quality of the antidepressive fraction of Sini Powder.
