摘要
就方剂现代研究方面的一些共性问题并结合本实验室工作的实践,提出集中医与中药、传统与现代、基础与应用的综合优势和多学科的技术手段,探讨方剂现代研究的一些思路和方法,介绍了方剂配伍规律及生物效应研究、方剂活性物质基础研究、新技术在方剂中的应用、方剂信息资源挖掘与利用等研究框架。
Based on common problems in the research of pharmacology of traditional Chinese medical formulae and practice and resuits of laboratory work, this paper presents methodology in the research by combining the advantages of Chinese medicine and Chinese pharmacology, traditional theories and modem concepts, and theoretical basis and practice. The authors also deal with the regularities of drug combmation, researches in biological effects, researches in the basis of active components in prescriptions, application of new technology in the study of pharmacology of traditional Chinese medical formulae, exploration of information resources of prescriptions, etc.
