摘要
制备了一种用于Mg Al合金晶粒细化的Al Ti C中间合金。发现该Al Ti C中间合金可以有效地细化镁合金的晶粒 ,细化后的AZ6 1合金的抗腐蚀性能大大提高。分析认为 ,Al Ti C中间合金中起晶粒细化作用的是Al4 C3和TiC的复合相。
A special Al-Ti-C master alloy was prepared to refine the grains of Mg-Al alloys. The results show that the Al-Ti-C master alloy has an effective grain refinement for Mg-Al alloy. The corrosion resistance of AZ61 increases greatly, after refined by Al-Ti-C master alloy. It is the duplex of Al 4C 3 and TiC that serves as the nuclei of α(Mg) during solidification.
