摘要
研究添加稀土元素La及合金熔炼保温时间对铜的导电性、抗拉强度、硬度、耐磨性等性能的影响。在纯铜中加入稀土元素La能起到净化、去杂质的作用 ,改善纯铜的导电性 ,也可使晶粒细化 ,改善纯铜的力学性能。熔炼时加入稀土后的保温时间对铜的导电性和力学性能也有一定的影响。试验条件下保温时间以 3 5~ 40min为宜 ,稀土La的最佳加入量为 0 0 2 %。
The effects of the addition of rare-earth element La in the pure copper and the settling time in smelting process on the electric conductivity, tensile strength , hardness, abradability etc. are investigated by experiments. The rare-e arth el ement La added to the pure copper, plays the roles of the purification, impuriti es elimination and grain fining, so the electric conductivity and mechanical perfor mances of copper material are improved. There are certain effect of settling ti m e in smelting process on the electric conductivity and mechanical properties. T h e optimal dosage of La is 0.02% and the adequate settling time in smelting proc ess is 35~45 min under the experimental condition.
