摘要
通过液固反应制备了含TiC和Al4C3相的Al-Ti-C中间合金,并利用OM、XRD、SEM和EDS等研究了Al-Ti-C中间合金对Mg-8Li-3Al合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Al-Ti-C中间合金的最佳加入量为1.0%;加入量为1.0%时,粗大的α相树枝晶变成颗粒状,并且α相变得更加细小圆整,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到199.28MPa和14.60%。
The A1-Ti-C master alloy containing TiC and A14C3 was prepared by a liquid-solid reaction. The effects of the A1-Ti-C master alloy additions on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg8Li-3A1 alloy were investigated by means of OM (optical microscopy), XRD(X-ray diffraction), SEM (scanning electron microscopy) and EDS (energy dispersive spectrometer). The results show that the optimal addition of A1-Ti-C master alloy into Mg-8Li-3A1 alloy is 1.0%. The morphology of large a-phases dendrites is changed into particles, and the sizes of a-phases are reduced with spheroidization. Mean- while, the tensile strength and the elongation of Mg-8Li-3A1 alloy reach 199.28 MPa and 14.60%, respectively.
