摘要 制备出两种用于AZ91合金晶粒细化的Al C和Al Ti C中间合金。结果表明 :这两种中间合金对AZ91合金均有良好的晶粒细化作用。向AZ91合金中加入 1%的Al C中间合金可使晶粒由原来的约130 μm减小至 6 5 μm左右 ;向AZ91合金中加入 1%的Al TI C中间合金可使晶粒由原来的约 130 μm减小至4 5 μm左右。然而 ,两种中间合金添加量分别大于 1%时 ,晶粒尺寸没有进一步的变化。分析认为 :Al C和Al Ti Two special Al-C and Al-Ti-C master alloys were prepared to refine the grains of AZ91 alloy. The results show that two Al-C and Al-Ti-C master alloys have the satisfactory refining efficiency for AZ91 alloy. For instance, the grains size of AZ91 decrease from 130μm to 65μm with addition of 1 wt% Al-C master alloy and so does from 130μm to 45μm with addition of 1 wt% Al-Ti-C master alloy. However, no further refinement of grain size was achieved with addition amount of Al-C and Al-Ti-C master alloys exceeding 1 wt% for AZ91 alloy in the present investigation, respectively. It is analyzed that Al4C3 phase and duplex phase of Al4C3 and TiC serves respectively as the nuclei of α-Mg during solidification.
