摘要
锰是一种重要的生命元素,通过人发中锰的分析,了解人体中键的含量具有重要意义。锰的测定常见有分光光度法,催化光度法,化学发光法等。极谱法虽然是一种有效的分析方法,但其检测限较高难以达到分析要求,溶出伏安法具有较高的灵敏度,并已经应用于实际作品测定。 电位溶出分析法(PSA)具有良好的灵敏度,准确度和选择性,而且仪器装置简单。有人采用还原电位溶出法测锰,但其检测限仅达mg/1,采用氧化电位溶出法测锰,国内尚无报道。
In the present study, microcomputer-based electrochemical analyzer (model EA-1) was applied to establish the PSA method for the determination of Mn in human hair with potentiometric stripping analysis. Sodium tetrabrate solution was used as a medium with plating potential of -2. 1 V(vs. SCE) in the determination of Mn. It is observed that Mn has a sharp peak at - 1. 6 V. The detection limit was calculated as 0. 5 ng/kg and analytical calibration curves of Mn were linear over a range of from 0. 5 to 20 μg/kg, the variation coefficient was about 5%, the recovery is above 90%.
