摘要
本文采用自制的EA-1型微机化多功能电化学分析仪控制FIA-21A型流动注射分析仪,设计了碳纤维电极微型流通池,编制了流动注射—电位溶出分析软件,实现了流动注射—电位溶出自动分析。本文设计的软件具有很大的灵活性,选择不同的左右泵转,停次序和不同长短的转停时间,不同的施加电解电位的时刻和时间,以及不同的阀进样时刻,可组合成多种分析模式,便于采用流动注射法的介质交换技术停流技术、间歇泵技术、合并带技术和区域采样技术等等。本文还设计了一个流动系统测试程序,用电化学方法测试样品带在流动系统中的浓度分散曲线及停留时间等参数。系统初步应用于水样中Cd、Pb 的同时测定,取得了满意的结果。
A self-made Model EA-1 microcomputer-based electrochemicalanalyzer is used to control a commercial Model FIA-21A flow injection analy-zer.A micro flow-cell with carbon fiber microelectrode (CFE) is designed.AFIA-PSA software is written to perform automatic analysis.Without unchan-gable analytical mode,the FIA-PSA software can meet the needs for variousanalytical modes by seleting different run/stop sequence and duration of leftpump and right pump,different potential-applying time and duration,anddifferent injecting time Making use of this kind of flexibility,severalanalytical modes are designed with several FIA techniques such as matrixexchange,stop-flow,intermittent pumping,merging zones and zone-sam-pling,etc.A testing program (FIA-TEST) is also designed to determinethe dispersion in flow system and the resisdence time in flow-cell of samplezone by using electrochemical method.Cd and Pb in water samples are simul-taneously determined in this system.
