摘要
利用Se—EDTA与Cd—EDTA络合物稳定性的差别,可用间接电位溶出法测定钪。其测定介质为1.2M NaCl+0.06M NaAc+0.02M HAc缓冲溶液,pH=5.2;测定条件为:富集电位-0.9V,富集时间2分钟。使用溶液中溶解的氧为氧化剂,其浓度为4.9×10^(-5)M。钪的可测灵敏度为2×10^(-8)M。回收率为99.8%。
An indirect potentiometric stripping analysis based on the difference in stability between two coordination compounds Se-EDTA and Cd-EDTA was applied to the determination of Sc (Ⅲ) in 1.2M Sodium chloride solution at pH 5.2. The sensitivity of this method is 2×10^(-8)M when dissolved oxygen (4.9×10^(-5)M) is used as oxidantata plating potential of -0.9V for 2 minutes. The recovery of this methodis 99.8%. This method may be used for the determination of trace Sc (Ⅲ) in the mixed solution of rate carths.
