摘要
本文应用EA-1型微机化多功能电化学分析仪和微电极,提出头发中砷的计时电位溶出法测定,并结合流动注射技术实现连续分析。样品采用湿法消化法,经离子交换柱分离干扰离子,以亚硫酸还原砷(V),采用铂丝微电极为工作电极,在硫酸介质中同位镀金,于-0.4V富集,然后以阴极溶出法(PSA)扫描至0 V,即见一尖锐清晰的溶出峰,在0.47~20ppb As浓度范围内与峰高呈良好线性关系,检测限达0.47ppb,与FIA技术联用,可进而提高精密度。
In the present study, microcomputer-based electrochemical analyzer (model EA-1) and microelectrode were applied to establish the PSA method for the determination of As in human hair. After digesting, samples passed ion-exchanging column to seperate interference ions, then H_2SO_3 was used to reduce As(Ⅴ)to As(Ⅲ)which has electrical activity. Plating potentials was-0.4v(VS. SCE), stripping constant current was-0.14μA, analytical calibration curves of As were linear over a range from 0.47 ppb to 20ppb with the detection limit calculated as 0.47ppb. In combination of FIA technique, the determinational precision has been improved obviously.
