标准曲线法测混浊活性蛋白初探

摘要 多酚蛋白复合引起的混浊现象是啤酒,果汁需要着重解决的问题之一。本文探讨了标准曲线法测定啤酒,果汁中混浊活性蛋白的可行性。结果表明,PVP的浓度在0.000~0.100g/L范围时,反应产物的浑浊度与PVP浓度成良好的线性关系。 this experiment studied the feasibility of a method, witch utilize standard curve to determine haze actve proteins inbeer and juice. It is showed that the turbidlty of reactive Production in line with the concentration of PVP solution when it isfrom 0.000g/L to 0.100g/L.
