杂交水稻硝酸还原酶活性和NO_3^-含量昼夜变化规律的研究 被引量:7

摘要 对杂交水稻及其亲本苗期叶片中硝酸还原酶(NR)活性及NO_3^-含量两者昼夜变化规律进行研究的结果表明,杂交组合的NR活性和NO_3^-含量的昼夜变化均与其父母本的呈显著正相关。供试的几种杂交组合的NR活性均介于其亲本之间。我们推测杂种因遗传而获得了一种通过光和NO_3^-调节NR活性介于亲本之间的机制,中亲值的NR活性可能是优势杂种的一个生理特征。同时对NR活性与NO_3^-含量昼夜变化的关系进行了探讨。 The studies on nitrate reductase activity and NO_3^- content of seedling leaves of hybrid rice and their parents during day and night was present in this paper. Significant positive relationships are found between changes of both nitrate reductase activity and NO_3^- content of hybrids and their parents during day and night. We suggested that there: be a regulation mechanism of light and NO_3^- which make hybrids nitrate reductase activity fall into intermediate range of their parents, because of the inheritance from their parents. Midparent nitrate reductase activity probably is a physiological trait of vigor hybrids The relationship between changes of nitrate reductase activity and NO_3^- content during day and night was discussed.
