摘要
1993~1997年在云南不同自然条件下进行不同比例的硝态氮、铵态氮试验.试验分5个处理:NO3N100%,NO3N75%+NH4+N25%,NO3N50%+NH4+N50%,NO3N25%+NH4+N75%,NH4+N100%.试验结果表明NO350%+NH4+N50%的配比适合云南的气候和土壤.此配比的烟叶香气质、香气量、烟叶含钾量均显著优于其它配比.本试验系统研究了K+,NH4+,NO3在土壤中的迁移与根系吸收和在叶片中变化积累的相关规律,揭示了NO3N50%+NH4+N50%烟叶香气味最好和含钾量高的主要原因.
A field trial was conducted from 19931997,which was to study that the effect of different ratio of NO3N and NH4+N on the quality of fluecured tobacco under different climate area and included the treatments as 100% NO3N,75%NO3-N and 25% NH4+N. 50% NO3N and 50% NH4+N,25% NO3-N and 75% NH4+N,100% NH4+N.The results showed that the treatment of 50% NO3-N and 50% NH4+N produced the high quality tobacco leaves in Yunnan,which was with better aromo quality,higher aromo and potassium content than other treatments.The relationship between the movement of K+,NH4+ and NO3 in soil and their absorb by root,the accumulation in leaves,and why the treatment of 50% and 50% produced higher quality tobacco leaves were studied.
