综述了国外对土壤—作物系统中无机氮的缓冲容量与ＮＯ－３淋失的研究情况。介绍了国外在Ｎ肥推荐中的安全区概念，在安全区范围内，Ｎ肥推荐不会发生ＮＯ－３的淋失，同时介绍了土壤—作物系统中无机Ｎ缓冲容量的机理。
