摘要
以西洋梨品种丰产 (Fertility)和安久 (D’Anjou)的试管苗为试材 ,研究了培养基的组成成分及光暗培养条件对试管苗生根的影响。结果表明 :在供试的 3种基本培养基中 ,以 1 4MSKNO3 最佳 ;生长素IBA优于NAA ;培养基中添加 2 %的蔗糖优于 3 %的蔗糖。最佳生根诱导培养基为 1 4MSKNO3 +0 .3mg LIBA +2 %蔗糖 ,光培养或暗培养 3天 ,生根率达 80 %以上。
Effect of basic medium components and culture conditions (dark or light) on in vitro shoot rooting of pear (Pyrus communis L.) were studied.Results showed that the 1/4MS KNO_3 (1/4MS plus major inorganic element KNO_3) was the optimal for rooting of cultivars Fertility and D'Anjou in the tested 3 basic media, 1/4MS KNO_3,1/2MS and 1/4QL.The medium amended with IBA was better than that with NAA. As to the level of sugar added, the 2% was superior to the 3%. The 1/4MS KNO_3 + 0.3mg/L IBA + 2% sugar was the best medium for rooting, culture on which for 3d gave more than 80% of rooting rate.
