摘要 用刺梨茎尖进行试管繁殖,采用的培养基有3种:1.繁殖无菌试管苗及继代繁殖用MS+1.5%蔗糖+1.5%琼脂粉+0.5mp/kgBA;2.促进继代繁殖丛芽伸长生长用MS+1.5%蔗糖+0.5%琼脂粉+1mg/kgBA+0.2mp/kgIAA;3.诱导试管苗生根用1/2MS+1.5%蔗糖0.5%琼脂粉+2mg/kgIAA.经过无菌培养物的建立、抗黄化苗的筛选、继代繁殖、丛芽伸长培养、诱导生根、试管苗移栽等6个阶段的培育,结果证明,刺梨试管繁殖的继代数不宜超过40代. Shoot tips of Rosa roxburghii are used in the study of micropropagation in which three media are applied:1.Aseptic tube plants and continual generations propogated in MS+1.5% sugar+0.5% agar powder+0.5mg/kg BA.2.The growth of the expending branch buds of continual generations is promoted in MS+1 .5% sugar+0.5% agar powder+1mg / kg BA+0.2mg / kg IAA.3.Roots of tube plants are induced with 1/2 MS+1.5% sugar+0.5% agar powder +2mg/kg IAA.Desirable results are obtained by means of six steps, namely, aseptically cultured, yellowing-resistant plants selected, continual generations reproduced, expanding branch buds cultured, roots induced and tube plants transplanted. The experiment proves that the number of generations of continual reproduction is preferably not more than 40.
