摘要
以中国樱桃抗病毒选系试管苗为试材 ,选基本培养基、IBA、蔗糖、光暗培养 4个因素 ,每个因素取 3个水平 ,采用正交设计进行试验。结果表明基本培养基、IBA和光暗培养是影响试管苗产生不定根的主要因素。生根的最佳培养条件为 1/4MS +IBA 0 .2～ 0 .3mg/L +蔗糖 5～ 10g/L、暗培养 5d。
Virus resistant line of Chinese cherry( Prunus pseudocerasus Lindl.)in vitro was selected as material.Effect of basal medium,IBA,sucrose and light or dark culture on rooting rate of Chinese cherry were studied.The results showed that the effects of basal medium,IBA and dark or light culture were significant at 1% level.The optimal condition for rooting was 1/4 MS supplemented with 0.2-0.3mg/L IBA,5-10g/L sucrose in the dark for 5 days and then in the light.
