摘要
已知在 Bi_2O_3-SrO-CaO-CuO 四元系统中存在着三个高 T_c 超导相:Bi_2Sr_2CuO_(6+d)(2201,T_c10K),Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_(8+d)(2212,T_c 85K)和 Bi_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_(10+d)(2223,T_c 110K).它们都具有含(Bi_2O_2)^(2+)层的钙钛矿结构,可用通式 Bi_2Sr_2Ca_(n-1)Cu_nO_(4+2n+d)(n(?)1)来表示(表1).在这三个超导相中,2201和2212虽可获得近乎单相,但往往与其他非超导性的化合物:铜酸盐或铋酸盐共存.对于2223,则至今未有人获得过其单相.因此,研究这些超导相之间以及它们同其他化合物之间的相关系,对于了解其他共存相和制备纯单相的高T_c 超导体很有实际意义.
In Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O system,there exist three high-T_c superconducting phases(2201,2212,2223),which can be described by a general formula Bi_2Sr_2Ca(n-1)Cu_nO_y with compositions lyingon the Bi_2Sr_2O_5-CaO-CuO section.Study on the phase relationships of this section will bebeneficial to understanding the compatible regions of superconducting phases and synthesisingthe single-phase superconductors.The present work studied the phase relationships in theBi_2Sr_2O_5-CaO-CuO system and presented its phase diagram.
