摘要
在BaO -Cr2 O3 -Nb2 O5三元系统中 ,用固相反应法首次合成了新铌酸盐Ba6CrNb9O3 0 。X射线衍射分析与介电特性测试结果表明 ,在室温下Ba6CrNb9O3 0 属于填满型四方钨青铜结构 ,晶胞参数为 :a =1.2 5 691(3 )nm ,c =0 .3 975 5 (3 )nm ,α =β =γ =90° ;Ba6CrNb9O3 0 在 165℃从铁电相转变为顺电相。
A new niobate Ba 6CrNb 9O 30 was synthesized in the ternary system BaO-Cr 2O 3-Nb 2O 5 for the first time. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction and dielectric measurement, and it belongs to tetragonal tungsten bronze structure at room temperature with unit cell parameters a=1.25961 (3)nm,c=0.39755 (3)nm. Dielectric constants measurement shows that Ba 6CrNb 9O 30 has one phase transition, point from paraelectric to ferroelectric at 165℃.
