含分布式电源的配电网单相接地故障区段定位新方法 被引量:18

摘要 随着配电自动化和分布式能源的日益普及,主动配电网发展迅速。深入分析含分布式电源主动配电网的零序电流,提出一种基于稳态零序电流的主动配电网单相接地故障区段定位新方法,利用相关系数量化波形之间的差异,将稳态零序电流相关系数的极性作为定位依据来确定故障区段,并通过前后平移数据窗解决各FTU之间的数据同步问题。PSCAD/EMTDC仿真分析结果表明,该区段定位方法不受分布式电源接入的影响,定位精度高、可靠性好。 With development of distribution automation technology (DA) and distributed energy in China, the active distribution network has been developed quickly. Zero-sequence current was analyzed for active distribution network with distribution generator (DG) , and a novel single-phase grounding fault location method based on steady-state zero-sequence current was presented in this paper. Correlation coefficient was calculated to analysis the waveform difference. The polarity of correlation coefficient was adopted as location criterion to identify fault section. Data synchronization problems between all FTUs were solved by data window forward/backward translation. PSCAD/EMTDC simulation analysis results show that the proposed method is not influenced by the DG connected,which has high accuracy and reliability.
