摘要
本文通过测量Li_xNa_(1-x)NbO_3系统富钠区各组成的介电常数、热膨胀系数、比热、自发极化和光声信号等物理性质随温度的变化,确定了各组成的相变温度,并配合以高温X射线衍射等手段,确定了该区域的相分布。在室温下,0.06≤x≤0.09的区域为正交相,x>0.09的区域则为三方相。该三方相的相变顺序在0.09<x≤015和x>0.15的两个组成区域内不完全相同。
The phase relationship in the Na-rich region of Li_xNa_(1-x)NbO_3 ferroelectric ceramic system was studied.By measuring the variation of thermal expansion,specific heat,relative permittivity,spontaneous polarization and photoacoustic sig-nal with temperature,the phase transition temperatures were determined.The crys-tal structures in each subregion were analyzed by means of high temperature X-raydiffraction.At room temperature,it is orthorhombic when 0.06≤x≤0.09 and rho-mbohedral when x>0.09.The phase transition sequence of rhombohedral phase inthe subregions of 0.09<x≤0.15 and x>0.15 is not just the same.
