摘要
枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)B-903菌株系从郑州苹果园中分离得到,其代谢产生的抗菌物质对多种植物病原真菌有强抑制作用。试验结果表明,将 B-903菌株摇床培养24小时,细菌数量以对数增长达最大值;培养41小时,抗菌物质开始检出,此时培养液 pH 值由6.5变为7.5,以后随细菌数量减少和 pH 值的回降,抗菌物质逐渐积累,于培养112小时达最高值。作者认为该物质是细菌衰亡过程中产生的代谢产物。培养过程中的供氧条件影响细菌数量的增长和抗菌物质积累。B-903抗菌物质为水溶性物质,常温下,酸、碱条件不破坏该物质活性,酸性环境中,该物质具热稳定性。
Antagonistic substance which is strong antogonistic to various plant pathology fungi canbe produced by Bacillus subtilis B-903 strain seperated from apple orchard of Zhengzhou.Theexperiment showed:cultured on rotary shaker for 24 hours,the CFU of this bacteria reachedthe largest value in log increasing at this time,pH changed from acid to alkline and got 7.5at 41 hours,the antifungu activity of cultural filtrate could be detected simultaneously.Asthe decrease of CFU and decline of pH,antifungu activity increased gradually and reachedthe highest at 112 hours,this antifungu substances was thought as the metabolites produced inthe die process of B-903.This substances is water dissoluble and stable in acid condition whenauticlaved at 121℃ for 20 minutes,but the antifungu activity disappear when autoclaved inneutral and alkline conditions at 121℃ for 20 minutes.In room tempreture condition,thesesubstance is stable in neutral and alkline situation.
