摘要
从稻飞虱（ＮｉｌａｐａｒｖａｔｅｌｕｇｅｎｓＳｔａｌ）肠道中分离、筛选出对水稻白叶枯病菌（Ｘａｎｔｈｏｍｏｎａｓｃａｍｐｅｓｔｒｉｓｐｖ．ｏｒｙｚａｅ）有抑制作用的桔抗菌，初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌（Ｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓｓｐｐ．）．进一步的分析表明其抗菌物质是一种蛋白质．
A strain of Bacillus spp. has been isolated from brown planthopper(Nilaparvate lugens Stal).The bacterium can antagonize the growth of Xanthomonascampestris pv. oryzae,which causes one of main diseases in rice-bacterial leaf blight. Further analysis showed that the antibacterial product was protein whose synthesis wasattributed to the presence of a plasmid(about 4.0 kb) in antagonistic bacterium.
