摘要
室内平皿抑菌作用测定、盆栽和田间小区试验初步结果表明:枯草芽孢杆菌菌株A014对小麦赤霉菌有较强的抑菌作用,并有一定的防病效果,使病菌侵染率降低50.6％,能较好地保护麦穗不受病菌侵染或限制穗部病菌的扩展。
The inhibiting effect of.Bacillus subtilis strain A014 against the pathogen of wheat scab, Gibberella zeze was preliminarily tested by spraying the cell suspension of A014 and inoculating the pathogen suspension on spikes of wheat in the greenhouse and field plots. The results indicated that the strain A014 had a strong inhibiting activity against the pathogen and effectively prevented wheat scab. The infection of the pathogen on the wheat spikes was decreased by 50.6%.
