摘要
对灰树花发酵条件进行了探索 ,其中 3t罐的试验结果为 :干菌体收率 2 5 .0g/L ,发酵周期 116h ,粗多糖含量 2 5 %。经动物试验表明 ,灰树花菌丝体具有降血脂、正向调节免疫的作用。
The fermentation conditions for the production of mycelia by Grifala frondosa in 3m 3 fermentor were investigated. The results were as follows:fermentation period 116h, the content of polysacchride 25%,dry weight of the mycelia 2.5%.By animal test,the mycelia of Grifala frondosa had the function of lipemia reduction and immunological regulation.
