摘要
研究了不同浓度的Mg2+对灰树花菌丝体生长的影响,结果表明:2~3g/L的Mg2+浓度对菌丝体生长有明显的促进作用,浓度过高,则抑制菌丝体生长。
The effects of different concentration of Mg^(2+) on mycelia growth of grifold frondosa were studied. The result showed that 2~3g/L Mg^(2+)could increase the yield of mycelia obviously. The high concentration of Mg^(2+)in the medium was unfavorable to growth.
